How it went from a sketch to a quote.
Halden’s brief was one line: a speaker you can carry by one finger that still fills a kitchen. Mette sketched the pill shape in pencil, scanned it, and had an editable model with a 1.2 mm grille wall the same afternoon.
Orthelle proposed the inside from the envelope: two 48 mm drivers facing out, three 18650 cells low for balance, and the board under the cap where the keys are. The section view caught a 0.6 mm clash between the strap boss and the rear driver before any tooling quote.
The STEP file went to their engineering partner in Aarhus with the feature tree intact. First samples arrived in five weeks.
